These terms govern your use of pixeltron.ai, an informational website published by Pixeltron, Inc. ("Pixeltron", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. The Pixeltron platform is not yet available; when it launches it will have its own separate terms of service, which will govern accounts, published games, and payments rather than these.

What this site is

This site describes a product that is still in development. Everything on it, including the described features and the stated launch timing, is a statement of present intent rather than a commitment, and may change. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a contract, a warranty, or investment or financial advice.
