Creator Responsibility
Creators must have all rights, permissions, licenses, releases, and consents needed for content they create, upload, generate, publish, share, or monetize through Pixeltron.
Creators must not monetize, claim authorization for, or claim platform clearance for copyrighted characters, recognizable franchise elements, brand logos, team marks, celebrity or public-figure likenesses, music, sound effects, sprites, game art, level layouts, or close lookalikes unless they have permission. A technically valid creator-attested revision publishes immediately, while later moderation or rights enforcement may hold monetization, restrict the content, or remove it.
AI-Assisted Creation
Pixeltron Bot assists with validated pixeltron-game-package-v1 source, platform metadata, and supported asset workflows. GameRecipe data remains only for compatibility with games created through the retired recipe route. It does not give creators permission to use third-party intellectual property, likenesses, private information, or unsafe content.
Creators remain responsible for prompts, references, uploads, publication choices, and any rights or consent claims connected to their games.
Publishing And Post-Publication Moderation
Before publishing, creators must confirm that their game follows the Terms, Creator Terms, Content Policy, and applicable rights rules. Pixeltron does not run a content, media, or rights review as part of publication; a technically valid saved revision goes live immediately after the creator confirms the publish attestation.
Pixeltron may inspect published games and media later, respond to reports or complaints, and then hold, remove, restrict, or de-monetize affected content. Creators may edit and republish when allowed, use any available appeal path, and review the reason for an enforcement action. Pixeltron may keep moderation records, reason codes, and version history for safety, audit, and enforcement.
Monetization And Holds
Content flagged by post-publication scans, reported content, high-risk content, content with unresolved rights concerns, unsafe content, or moderation-held content is not eligible for ads, reward estimates, or payout consideration.
Cash payouts are available only if Pixeltron enables a payout program and the creator satisfies funding finalization, fraud checks, identity checks, thresholds, holds, eligibility rules, and review requirements.
