Who Pixeltron is for

Pixeltron is for everyone 13 and older. Accounts for 13- to 17-year-olds can join party voice chat with accepted friends in private parties (microphones start muted and joining is always a deliberate choice). They can buy premium characters (on the web a parent or guardian completes the payment). They cannot earn cash or see personalized ads, and they only see games rated for their age.

Parents and guardians can email privacy@pixeltron.ai to ask about, restrict or close a child's account, or to raise a safety concern. We verify the request first.

Minor safety

Content involving children, classrooms or anyone's likeness gets extra checks. We act quickly on reports about minors, and may limit or remove that content to protect them.

Minor-related content may be restricted from public discovery, comments, monetization, or sharing when Pixeltron determines additional protection is needed.

Parent and guardian controls

Pixeltron may provide account controls that limit public publishing, comments, discovery, gift-link sharing, asset use, personalization, or monetization for accounts connected to a parent or guardian.

Parent and guardian requests may require verification before Pixeltron changes account access, removes content, discloses account information, or records consent.

Safety escalation

Reports involving minors, sexual content, threats, doxxing, non-consensual likenesses, or private information receive elevated review priority.

Pixeltron may preserve safety records and restrict content or accounts while reviewing minor-related reports.
