Rewards, Credits, and Payout Terms

Payout eligibility and supported countries, Coins, Studio Credits, creator tips, cashout progress, earnings holds, account safety checks, and payout prerequisites.

Effective May 27, 2026. This policy applies to Pixeltron accounts, creator tools, games, comments, assets, rewards, credits, and related platform services.

Eligibility And Supported Countries

Cash rewards and creator payouts are available only to accounts that have declared an age of 18 or over, verified their email address, and confirmed a country of residence that our payment provider can pay out to. The list of supported countries is measured against our payment provider, published on the Get Paid and Pricing pages, and re-checked before launch and whenever the provider's coverage changes; it currently covers 43 countries.

If your confirmed country is not on that list, you can still play, create, and earn Coins, and any cash earnings stay recorded on your balance, but you cannot request a withdrawal until payouts become available where you are. Pixeltron does not promise a date for any country.

Withdrawals are made through Stripe Connect. Stripe collects and verifies identity, tax, and bank or card details under its own terms; Pixeltron keeps only the account status, its outstanding requirements, and the country, and cannot release a payout that Stripe has not cleared.

Separate Ledgers

Coins are non-cash and have no fixed cash value. They are not freely transferable, though Pixeltron may allow capped non-cash creator tips. Studio Credits are separate spend-only units for approved creator tools; they are non-cash, non-transferable, and not withdrawable.

Earnings Balance is separate from points and credits. Earnings Balance becomes cashable only if Pixeltron enables payouts and all funding finalization, fraud, identity, threshold, hold, and eligibility requirements are met.

Estimated Activity

Pixeltron may show estimated, pending, or informational reward activity. Estimates are not finalized earnings, are not guaranteed, and do not create a right to payment.

Server-side systems decide reward eligibility. Pixeltron does not trust client-reported score, duration, ad completion, or reward eligibility by itself for money movement.

No Cash For Ads

Pixeltron does not promise cash for watching ads, completing ads, or clicking ads. Ad events may be one input into platform calculations, but ad completion does not directly create cash.

Games under moderation hold, fraud hold, unresolved report review, rights review, or policy restriction are not eligible for monetization.
