Creator Ownership And Permission

Creators keep responsibility for the content they submit and must have permission for every title, description, prompt, upload, image, audio reference, character, likeness, mark, and asset used in their games.

Publishing on Pixeltron means the creator confirms that the game is original or properly authorized and that the creator can grant Pixeltron the platform license needed to host, display, run, promote, moderate, and share the game.

Protected Material

Creators must not monetize, claim authorization for, or claim platform clearance for copyrighted characters, protected game worlds, franchise names, logos, team marks, celebrity likenesses, recognizable songs, copied level layouts, ripped sprites, or close lookalikes without permission. A technically valid creator-attested revision publishes immediately, while later rights or moderation enforcement may hold monetization, restrict the content, or remove it.

Creators may use their own original ideas, properly licensed material, platform-provided building blocks, and assets they have the right to use under the applicable license.

Reports And Review

Rights concerns can be reported through Pixeltron reporting or support channels. A useful report identifies the Pixeltron content, the material at issue, the person or organization raising the concern, and enough detail for review.

Pixeltron may restrict, remove, de-index, de-monetize, or preserve content while reviewing a rights concern. Pixeltron may also ask the creator for proof of permission or originality.

Repeat Violations

Pixeltron may track recipe hashes, asset hashes, report history, moderation records, and near-duplicate signals to reduce repeat uploads of the same restricted material.

Repeat or serious rights violations may lead to publishing limits, monetization holds, account suspension, account termination, or other platform enforcement.
