Privacy policy
Effective August 19, 2026. Applies to this website only.
This policy covers pixeltron.ai as it exists today: an informational website published by Pixeltron, Inc. while the Pixeltron platform is in development. The platform is not yet open to the public, and this site has no accounts and no sign-up. When the platform launches, it will publish its own, fuller privacy policy covering accounts, gameplay, and payments; that policy will replace this one for those services.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the contact form, and only when you send it. There is no login and no comment field. We do not use analytics services, advertising trackers, or social media pixels, and this site sets no cookies.
The contact form
When you submit the form at pixeltron.ai/contact.html, we receive the name, email address, topic, and message you entered. We use them to read and answer your message and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent contact details to anyone.
To keep the form from being used to send bulk or automated mail, the submission is also checked against a hidden field that a person never fills in, the time taken to complete the form, and a short-term count of recent submissions from the same network address. That count is kept briefly and then discarded automatically.
Messages and our replies are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence. If you want yours deleted, ask through the form and choose Legal or privacy.
What our hosting records
This site is served from Amazon Web Services. As part of delivering and protecting the site, our hosting infrastructure may record standard request metadata, which can include:
- the IP address the request came from;
- the date and time of the request;
- the page or file requested, and the response status;
- the browser user-agent string and referring page, when the browser sends them.
We use these records only to operate the site, diagnose faults, and investigate abuse or attacks. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors, and we do not combine them with information from other sources.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. The only third party involved in running this site is our hosting and email infrastructure, which processes data on our behalf so the site can be served and mail can be delivered. We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect the security and integrity of our systems.
Children
This site is an informational page about a company and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child submitted information through the contact form, they can ask us to delete it by choosing Legal or privacy on that form.
Your choices
If you have not used the contact form, we hold no personal data of yours to retrieve, correct, or delete. If you have, you can ask us what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted: use the contact form, choose Legal or privacy, and we will respond within two business days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it. Substantive changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
Who to contact
Pixeltron, Inc. is the controller of the information described here. Reach us through the contact form.
